What we collect

We collect the email you sign up with, the messages you send to Octana, and basic usage data needed to operate the service (e.g. plan, message counts).

How we use it

Your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate responses and stored in your account so you can view your conversation history. We don't sell your data, and we don't train models on your conversations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your control

You can delete individual conversations from the chat, or request full account deletion by contacting support. Deletion removes your messages and profile from our database.
