The service

AquaMind provides Octana and related AI models for conversational use. The service is offered as-is, and outputs are generated by AI — verify anything important before acting on it.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use AquaMind to generate illegal content, harass others, attempt to extract training data, or circumvent rate limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the paid period. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AquaMind isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in-app.
